Nazhat Shameem the judge shopping harlot
November 30, 2008
Nazhat Shameem says that Fiji’s judiciary is riddled with lawyers who indulge in judge shopping. She is giving the masses some insight into how the wigged ones do things to sway judgments in favor of their clients, so long as their preferred judge presides over the case. And so with that piece of information, the people of Fiji would now like to ask Shameem whether she is Miss Squeeky Clean or is she also guilty of judge shopping.
Awkay, let’s take Nazhat down memory lane to see if she can remember Ratu Inoke Takiveikata’s treason case that was brought before her. She found Ratu Inoke guilty and sent him to jail for it. But in Ratu Inoke’s appeal, the same Shameem publicly denounced some Appeals Court Judges whom she said MUST NOT preside over her ruling. In other words, she as a judge was exhibiting an unhealthy sign of prejudicial distrust towards her own peers. This is a totally unprofessional and unacceptable thing to do at Judges level and is actually treasonous in nature. So why did you do that Nazhat? Isn’t that judge shopping at it’s worst – a Judge shopping for a another Judge to uphold her judgment?
Sorry Nazhat, the people of Fiji are not as stupid as you think. You are a harlot where you sitting and we can see right through you. You are a conniving, immoral woman like your big sis. You bring nothing but shame to Fiji and soon the people will remove you from your high horse.
Nut-head Frank talking nutty in Doha
November 30, 2008
So what exactly is a fool like Frank doing in Doha attending a finance-related conference? This is the coupster who was stumbling over some simple financial words while addressing his illegal 2009 budget address. This is the same interim Minister of Finance and interim Prime Minister who ran away from the media and members of the business community soon after his budget deliberation. Why? He had to avoid being scrutinized with hard-hitting questions from these individuals because he is a nut-head who doesn’t understand finance, economics and just about everything else.
But his pseudo PM, Pramesh Chand found it convenient to announce that his master was going to Doha for this high-level finance conference. We don’t believe that Pramesh and Frank! Hello, Frank is a block-head!! If Frank was not able to take questions relating to his own 2009 budget, how on earth can he understand or speak about anything financial in Doha? It was just another wasteful “roaming” trip for Frank to clock up his air miles all paid for by Fiji’s poor taxpayers.
Frank’s hard realities
November 30, 2008
The budget allocation Frank has presented has proven to us all where his real concerns lie.
The Good book says, “Where your treasure is,there your heart will be also”.
If you therefore follow the money, you will see that his heart is closely tied to his own security and not yours, Fiji.
He has piled the treasures up at Nabua so Nabua can keep him safe.
How sad!!
……………………………………………….
As long as there is true wisdom, honesty and the sense of stability displayed by leaders, the people will naturally rise to the occasion and change their own situations, for the better.
Until you do that, Frank, you will not live to see such a wonder of a sight when people rally behind a true leader and change the course of their lives and their nation.
All that Frank sees now is a revolt in the horizon.
…………………………………………
Until Fiji breaks it’s silence over the this political, economic and social fracas, everything that is coming out of Nabua and out of the interim government, Fiji deserves!
There is a place and time for ’silence’, but now is not the time.

Whose protocol and sovereignty you talking about Khaiyum?
November 28, 2008
Aiyaz Khaiyum really thinks sun shines out of his mangled shit hole. How dare he talk about protocol and sovereignty in reference to the IBA’s blocked visit.
So what protocol did you follow to be a bull-shit artist AG, Khaiyum? The junta you serve don’t have protocol in their vocabulary. Remember how some law-abiding citizens were killed, tortured and treated like dogs as you walked your way up to your illegal office? That is a terrorist protocol you followed so don’t tell us what protocol IBA or the people of Fiji should follow. You are the last person who should be talking on this subject you shit head.
And next time you speak about sovereignty issues Khaiyum, don’t you dare say it’s Fiji’s sovereignty you represent. No, no, no, you represent Frank’s sovereignty. Fiji’s one rests with the people themselves and not you, Frank or your screwed-up military regime. You are part of Frank’s tattered sovereignty, not us. So get the hell outta here you pussy!!!

Warden Narsey demystifies John Sami’s bluff
November 28, 2008
Warden Narsey is a very courageous man indeed. Like Victor Lal, he is not scared to be scorned at by the military gang for his hardtalk articles on the dailies. And we say, good on you Warden and please continue demystifying John Sami, Pramesh Chand and Aiyaz Khaiyum’s bluff.
Well, at least these two gentelmen, Warden and Victor, can prove that irrespective of your political leanings, we must eventually rise above one’s own prejudices and be consistent in exposing the wrong doings of those in power. It’s this type of truth-telling that must be encouraged and for those who are restraint from compiling something, use your trusted contacts to take the truth to the media, political parties, interest groups and to the bloggers.
We must all participate in tearing Frank’s junta down through truth-telling.
You go girl!
November 28, 2008
Ro Temumu Kepa is what we call a true chief. She has made her stand very clear to her subjects choosing to stand fast by not entertaining any fanciful initiative orchestrated by Frank’s illegal regime (we will still call Frank’s regime as illegal for we still stand firm in our resolve that Frank’s coup and everything associated with it is down-right wrong). And we salute Ro Temumu for not deviating from her initial intent to teach the people of Fiji that any coup is illegal no matter what.
We don’t doubt that Tui Cakau, Ratu Naiqama will do the right thing by the people by boycotting Frank and Epeli’s “Great Council of Thieves” meeting and we urge him to support Ro Temumu.
But can’t say much though for that blocked-nose chief in Namosi who seem to be warming up to Frank’s nonsense. We suspect that like his mate, that good-for-nothing chief from Tamavua village, these little unestablished chiefs will fall by the way side and be damned for life. They have no morals so they should be left to join in with the thieves and rapists.
Where were we?
November 27, 2008
It’s exactly 1 week away today from 5th December, 2008, the 2nd anniversary of Frank’s mindless coup de’tat. While a small minority are basking in the glory of Frank’s dominion, many more heads are still hanging from disgust and embarrasement on how their Fiji has become a whore-like nation as it gets repeatedly raped by Frank’s gangsters.
Feelings are varied across the board but a common thread that holds these Fijian people together is their understanding that their country can not continue on the way it is. They now understand that Frank, his military and his supporters are all bad news. They have turned out to be the worst convicts of the very evils they claimed their coup was going to wipe out. They have proved to be more corrupt than any previous administration in Fiji and they seem to be proud of it too.
So how much better off or worse off is Fiji since the coup of Dec 5th, 2006? Only Frank, the military and his apologists have become over-night devas with their cushy jobs, pajeros, healthy bank account balances, all topped up with their terrorist-like and rapists kinda attitude while the masses are barely surviving to keep their heads above water.
We doubt things will get better. We are certain things will get very bad. So be prepared folks!
UN a waste of time
November 27, 2008
We’ve always looked down at the UN body. What is it anyway and what’s their use apart from being a fat, lazy cat that only talks and talks?
Like Frank, they are not interested in the well-being of the Fiji people except to be seen that they are doing something to justify their hefty pay-packs.
That UN group in Fiji right now should be told to go home. They are useless. Frank’s junta will use their visit as an excuse to delay matters further by claiming that they have successfully involved the lethargic UN group into their god-game.
At the end of the day, these UN dudes have nothing constructive to add. They may be available to act as facilitators to some peace-talks between Frank and Qarase but let’s face it, Frank can not afford to let go of power and will not give it up.
Everybody knows what needs to be done to eliminate the dreaded Frank factor from Fiji’s face. The question is, who is brave enough to do it? Where are all the mavericks? There is so much talk but no action in Fiji. Which comes back to the point that perhaps Fiji deserves Frank after all.
Keep your lying mouth shut Leweni!!!
November 27, 2008
The ahh man is back with his irritating, senseless blurbs except this time round, his lies are more refined. The art of lying is something Frank’s military and its regime have mastered so well that every time they open their mouths, one can literally see an imaginary snake’s tongue slithering in and out. It is clear that whatever they say is treated as a lie by most and we think they will be better off if they and Leweni just keep their friggen lying mouths shut.
People have the right to be angry with Frank’s gestapo. They forced themselves onto the people without their concurrence. They raped and abused their freedom and liberty and sure, they feel they’ve been violated. It’s their money and lives they are tinkering with.
Nothing this junta will do will be able to win the hearts and minds of many in Fiji. And the longer they stay in power, the more unpopular and loathed they will become. Frank must change his strategy and his advisors if he wants to stay alive.
Time to lodge a formal complaint with FICAC
November 26, 2008
So we’ve heard and read about the Fiji military actual spend of more than $120 million in 2007. And the reason for this reckless spending, says Chaudhry and Leweni, is because of the ghost troops who were suppose to invade Fiji. Wow, really!!! Or were they sand crabs mucking around on beaches across Fiji during low-tide. It seems the two are watching too many action movies with their imagination on over-drive.
Good to see politicians from NFP and SDL yell out about these military budget over-run. Perhaps it is now time to consolidate their efforts by lodging a complaint with FICAC to pursue an investigation into this absurd misuse of taxpayers funds. Good time to test out FICAC’s impartiality as well.
Fiji military terrorists load up on death weapons
November 26, 2008
Sources from within the military say that the unaccounted for millions of dollars everyone is asking for is sitting in various armoury shelters around Fiji. But the most deadly ones are stored in and around Suva, the most likely venue for a mass revolt by the people.
We had reported earlier of these deadly warfare weapons that rolled into Kings wharf in wee hours of the morning when Fiji was asleep. The same tankers and state-of-the-art guns brokered by Ului Mara with his Korean embassy middle-man.
While some of these missing monies have gone into the military top notch bank accounts, most of it was used to purchase these weapons of mass destruction. But it’s interesting to hear what some ex-Fiji citizens are saying, in particular those well trained ones in the elite military teams in Britain and the US. They say Frank’s military need only one professional snipper to neutralize them. Says alot about Frank’s want-to-be Fiji rambos aye!!
Military budget blowout a blowjob
November 25, 2008
Mahendra Chaudhry, Leweni and Frank should cut the bullcrap and just admit that the military budget blowout was a typical financial blowjob by them to cover their scared asses. They needed to hire and pay their soldiers for protection which confirms the obvious that Frank and his gestapo live in fear all the time. They need to keep these “peacekeepers” at peace with all sorts of blowjob techniques they can master at the taxpayers expense.
They know that when push comes to shove, the very soldiers whom they think are on their side will revolt against them as soon as they see their families and clans move against these pufta leaders. If they were soo popular as claimed by their nut-head NCBBF charter spokesman, Jone Dakuvula, then they should be moving freely like a butterfly.
But the truth is this, Frank and his goons are scared shit without guns. Take it away and you have these cockroaches fleeing to their grummy holes when pursued with a sasa broom but they will all be crushed, if not by the broom, then with a blowout back slap from the broom holder. Catchim!!!
Budget for the poor Frank? Yeah right!
November 25, 2008
There is one thing Frank got right in his budget speech! And that is that “this budget is for the poor…”
What it really means is that…”this budget is for the poor… to carry on their backs for the interim government”.
Jesus said, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matt. 11:29-30.
The people of Fiji have got it upside-down and back-to-front.
Instead the people of Fiji are taking upon themselves,Frank’s yoke. And don’t ever assume that Frank’s yoke will eventually become easy and light.
As they say in the Bronx..”Cause he ain’t carrying nothing”.

Iloilo a waste of resources
November 24, 2008
The dying pressie Iloilo’s medical check-up in Australia paid for by poor taxpayers is a waste of money. Iloilo doesn’t deserve a penny from the people and should be ashamed of himself.
He has shown to be a spineless, unethical man and should be ashamed of himself for being party to the killing of democracy in Fiji. Compared to Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara who refused to give in to the wishes of Frank Bainimarama and decided to give up his Presidency, this Iloilo has done the most lowly thing by allowing Frank to use him as rubber-stamp.
The people of Fiji don’t owe anything to this useless man Iloilo. He should piss off to his village where his gold-digger wife can do her proper job in wiping her man’s ass until he dies. DIE YOU PIG!

Budget a telltale sign of a no election
November 24, 2008
The international community is certain that Frank is not serious in taking Fiji back to election. His 2009 budget is a manifesto that doesn’t rank having a general election an urgent undertaking. Rather, the beefing up of his military forces with its matching state-of-the-art killing machines has proved to be of utmost importance to Frank, John Samy, Kaiyum and Co.
So what about the plight of the poor people? Frank has called his 2009 budget a budget for the poor but as to be expected, the father of lies is least interested in whether your family is having pancakes, roti or tapioka for breakfast. He is enjoying his continental and american buffet breakfast paid for by poor taxpayers and he doesn’t have an ounce of guilt about it.
Life is getting too good to be true for Frank that there is no way he will ever want to give it up any time soon. He is waiting for the people to just accept him as leader and he will do it by being there without holding an election until he is fully accepted. Unless of course fate proves otherwise with the Lord Almighty deciding that it is time for Frank to go. We wouldn’t want to second guess Him and would rather wait it out to see where Frank the “I love me” stands with the real “I Am the I Am” – God Almighty.
Frank’s budget an unbankable sweetner
November 24, 2008
That the zero-finance trained Frank has managed to pull off his first ever budget announcement is a major booster for this “I love me” strongman. A far as he is concerned, he’s dah man! He could have been everybody’s man if only he had not been soo arrogant and corrupt as he has turned out to be.
Let’s face it, Frank’s budget is a good budget. But is it a legal budget considering that Frank’s regime is still tussling matters out in court with the ousted SDL government? Long term policies like the 10 to 20 years tax holidays, while a grand idea to attract investors, is unfortunately a pie in the sky for many serious investors.
To them, these incentives will only be alive as long as Frank is alive. There is no guarantee that they will continue to enjoy these incentives when a democratically elected government comes in. The risk these investors will be taking is their decision to get involved in a minimum of $2 million business venture with no guarantees on the backdrop of a gestapo administration whose existence is loathed by many. Even if they want to sue the State later on when an elected government wipes out these incentives, the court will have to take into account the fact that these investors knew they were entering into a touch-and-go business agreement with a military junta and not a democratic government.
We also doubt that financiers and insurance underwriters, both local and offshore, will be too enthusistic to sponsor such audicious business venture in a highly politically unstable nation like Fiji. Add to this the global financial crunch that will push investment in coup coup land Fiji as last in their investment priority list. Which comes to the undeniable point that Frank’s 2009 budget will only be attracting fly-by-night investors who will find all the loopholes and take advantage of the generous offerings all paid for by some local financial institution controlled by Frank like FDB, FNPF, HFC and the soon to be FHL Bank.
Speak now or forever hold your peace Fiji!
November 23, 2008
“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men together in a society, they create for themselves in the course of time, a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.” — Frédéric Bastiat
This is what is happening in Fiji right now!
The judiciary will be influenced through its own interpretation; the church will endorse it on social grounds; the leaders will be acknowledged and praised and the rest of the country will suffer not from all these happening, but from the deafening silence of the people in the face of it all.
As the priest says right before a marriage is made permanent…Speak now or forever hold your peace.
Speak now Fiji or forever hold your peace!!

For rich or poor Mr Prime Minister?
November 20, 2008
Power is almost synonymous to the amassing of wealth by those who think wield power. Ratu Kamisese was a very rich man during his reign as Fiji’s first Prime Minister. He was probably lucky he was born a chief which gave him easy access to the best education and he used that edge wisely to become a revered Fijian millionaire PM.
Timoci Bavadra we believe was comfortably wealthy but not a millionaire. His wife Adi Quini was far from being a materialistic kind and both were quite genuine in serving the people rather than to line their own pockets. Bavadra’s tenure as Prime Minister was short-lived but even if he had survived his full term, we still doubt very much that he would have been too carried away in building his own wealth nest.
Military coupster Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka came out an asset-rich millionaire after his reign. His rags to riches story made him splurge like crazy when he realised how he could use his Prime Ministership to pump up his own personal net worth. But he was a stupid fool and a show-off with his moral compass pointing permanently down-south at his untamed second brain. He had it all but almost lost it all with just enough to now live a simple pensioner’s life. He could have been a very rich men but fate proved that what goes around comes around if you are a power snatcher – hint hint to Frank.
Mahendra Chaudhry is another rags to riches smooth operator cum millionaire. His ability to cunningly accumulate millions of dollars from sympathetic people and later stash it away quietly outside of Fiji is the work of a genius. His brilliance as Fiji’s Robin Hood is second to none. If Chaudhry is able to raise such funds for ”him and his family” outside the ambit of being a full-fledged serving PM, you can’t blame Joe Blow’s imagination running wild on the possibility of the many more bundles of money bags Chaudhry would have re-routed to his other hidden accounts had he stayed in office for a full 5 years term.
Laisenia Qarase is a typical poor village boy from the outer islands with only a sleeping mat, pillow if his lucky ,and a cane knife as his start-up capital. His humble beginnings would almost mirror that of Rabuka and Chaudhry as poor commoners who have struggled and worked damn hard to earn their keep. Qarase proved himself as an astute banker in the private sector. He was probably earning the most as compared to the others before they assumed the PM’s job. Qarase seem to have been doing very well as Managing Director of FDB then Merchant Bank. And we don’t doubt the fact that he gave up his lucrative well remunerated top job to serve the people as a democratically elected PM on a much reduced pay pack. Simply put, Qarase is the only one who has factually sacrificed his better-off executive lifestyle to serve his country. His humble home at Moti St is not palatial like his counterparts and he is not known to have acquired any other new asset during his term as PM. Ask FICAC and they will tell you how useless their efforts are in trying to dig out dirt on this man. Their manufactured corruption charges against Qarase just doesn’t seem to stick.
Like his military coup-maker partner in crime Rabuka, Frank is wasting no time in feathering his own nest. His whooping $188,000 back-pay was an appetizer to many other shady deals that followed including real estate property acquisition, silent partnership with some Middle Eastern and Asian businessmen, siphoning of funds to his hidden offshore accounts and many more that will come out of the woodworks after his fall. Frank has been a public servant naval guy all his life with a reasonable pay pack. As CEO of Fiji, he is still at awe with the millions of taxpayers dollars he now controls. He just can’t believe he’s inside the pot of gold. And the nuttiest thing he will do is go to town with it which is exactly what he is doing, buying peoples loyalty. Perhaps Frank should seek advice from Rabuka on the hard realities that comes with being a power and money grabber. It’s all but illusive.
Fijians uncomplicated hearts and minds exploited
November 18, 2008
It’s quite interesting to experience the dagger-sharp and sometimes tingling twist and turn sensation caused by Fiji’s judiciary in cases relating to the 2006 coup. And as we continue on as reluctant passangers in this Frank’s coup-coup-nutty chartered vessel, one can’t help but notice the difference in the way people behave when the ship is confronted with the slamming of huge waves, and in Fiji’s case, these waves come in the form of convoluted court judgments.
The reaction of the SDL lawyer, Niko, and his lead client Qarase, shows just how ill-prepared and perhaps naive they are when it comes to tactical matters. Case in point is how Aiyaz Khaiyum conveniently goose-stepped his way to John Byrne’s bode to get his stay on Jitoko’s court ruling against the charter. Again, the Fijians were left dumb-founded not believing how fast Aiyaz can retaliate with a successful but controversial stay order. They must be thinking to themselves how cunning this boy is followed by why they didn’t consider doing that same manouver when the High Court ruling by Gates, Pathik and Byrnes was deliberated. But the Fijians are not wired up like Aiyaz, Gates, Shameems and Co. Their DNA is such that they always give the benefit of the doubt to other parties with their own interest placed last on the list. They are considerate uncomplicated people. But it must never be pushed too much or they will snap.
Another case in point is Qarase’s late treason complaint against Frank which has just found its way to the Police not so long ago. Team Qarase must have thought that Frank won’t last. They were hoping Frank will come around but they underestimated Frank’s pool of conniving advisors who have reshaped the face of Fiji’s judiciary to a deceitful one.
The same can be said about how Qarase and his boys handled Frank’s threats leading up to the coup. They must have thought Frank was kidding himself but voila, he kicked them out of power.
Generally speaking, one can sort of claim that Fijians are slow to anger but fast to forgive which is a very sentimental nature of the Fijian people that many from all parts of the world just love about these Fijians. Notice how Chaudhry and Shaista Shameem continue to preach to their Indo-Fijian farmers from Muaniweni that they should seek compensation from the State for the great inconvenience and harm they were subjected to by Speight’s group in 2000. Chaudhry himself is claiming millions for his hostage days in 2000. Speaks volume about the unforgiving hearts of these Indo-Fijians. Compare that to the Fijians who were beaten to death or tortured by the military at the height of the 2006 coup. Most have forgiven their assalins and have moved on with their daily lives. Regrettably, for some, like the Khaiyums of this world, the Fijians good heartedness becomes an open door to mock, ridicule and to abuse their indigenous rights. The Fijians’ kind hearts and unpolluted minds become very attractive to exploit by these god-pretenders.
They know the Fijians don’t have a complicated and cunning hearts like they do. They are not big in devicing all sorts of traps to bring someone down. Fijians hearts are very easy to read. If they like you, they will treat you like family, but if they dislike you, one day they will thump you with no questions asked and it’s simple as that. Isn’t that how Frank carried out his 2nd coup of 2006?
So with this rough ride on Frank’s “empty” vessel, the verdict is very clear. Many of the paddling passengers don’t like the ride. Most are straight shooting Fijians and are not interested in the machiavellian ploys drummed up by Frank and his cohorts. They are fed-up with the different colored paddles given to them by Frank’s team to entice them to continue paddling. They are getting tired and they sense the’ve been conned. Someone will definitely get thumped along the way.
The Teleni Chapter
November 17, 2008
Over the last two years I have learnt to remind myself not to allow my emotions overtake me as the Fiji saga unravels itself.
Again, I will not be surprised if further verification confirms what I now call the ‘Teleni’ chapter.
The laws of attraction determines that what we project, we attract. When you project a corruptive spirit, you attract corruptive benefits.
Eventually they all come back to bite you. Be prepared for the outcome, Teleni.
